I have designed Mobile apps for organizations like Design The Future where as part of a team of four members, we created an accessibility app to help people suffering from Keratoconus to read text on mobile devices. (Note: Keratoconus is an eye condition that results in blurred vision and sensitivity to light and glare). The app received 95% of positive ratings during field testing with users.
